Men do cry

Writer: Sunny BhasinSunny Bhasin

As me and my father broke down over a family emergency, I saw a different side of my father.

One, whom I perceived to be strict and stern, he changed to be a very loving and caring man.

In 2006, I came from a factory stint in Rudrapur and saw my father helpless. As we greeted each other, we hugged and started crying.

Since then, my father is easy displaying emotions around me.

As we shared our emotions I realized all of us need support, even the strongest.

I gave away the judgement I held for my father and our relationship grew stronger.

I learnt it is necessary to share what you feel.

Now, I regularly have coaching sessions to express myself and heal my own self.

Gift yourself a coaching journey as we celebrate the International men's day and i can guarantee you will have a happier and healthier you.
