Some of you may like to keep the book spic and span, but for me the more I cherish a book, the more it starts to get rough on the edges.
Learning is fun and when you get it in almost each sentence (as indicated by the pic) in a book, I know I have found a treasure.
This is a fan and gratitude post for the book 'Coach the person not the problem' by Marcia Reynolds, PsyD, MCC.
Thank you for writing this wonderful book. As a coach, it helped me to go deeper into the art and science of coaching.
It is filled with practical techniques where you have shared years of your wisdom and experience.
I highly recommend this to my fellow coaches.
