OUR APPROACH

'Sunny' is represented by the yellow spiral and reflects the inner awareness in an individual. (Even though it is the founder’s first name, here it implies its general meaning of light, bright and cheerful).

Coaching brings awareness to inner energy and thought patterns. In sessions one is able to release the energy blocked in beliefs and behaviors which do not serve the client and allows them to access their 'sunny side'.

'Connect' is represented by the blue spiral and is the outward actions which one takes for accomplishing the stated desire or thought.

 

The outward spiral involves action plan, reflection, gathering resources and support, connecting with the world at large after the client has the awareness and commits to achieving what one intends to.

Thus the aim is to help people commit to actions based on conscious choices.
